Getting rid of that spare tire the right way

I think most of us could stand to lose a few pounds, I know I could. Everything you read says it's simple to lose that guy, just eat right and exercise...

Well that sounds easy, too bad I'm not a nutrionist and I'm certainly no personal trainer.

Thankfully there is a bunch of really good information out there if you're just willing to look hard enough and can tell a load of BS when you see it. I'm not talking about fad diets or miracle supplements or $20 ab-rolling gifts from god. I'm looking for a healthy, natural, long-term solution to the weight problem. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.

Here is an article I found on WebMD: which is a great resource by the way, just don't try to diagnose yourself using it.. you'll quickly find that without any medical knowledge you'll start thinking you have every horrible disease in the world every time you have a headache. It talks about foods that really can promote weight loss and help you keep it off. It's well worth the read.
